Convenient location, close to shopping and local food markets. Manager was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast menu had a good variety, especially for vegetarians. Classic hotel with all necessary amenities. Comfortable stay overall.

A bit older furnishing style, but everything's fine! . The hotel staff in front of the door ("concierge") is very without saying extremely intrusive and would like to sell any taxi ride overpriced directly to you.

We liked it. This hotel was quiet. The room faced the street. Property offers shuttle too. Royal Kitchen, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel.

Very pleasant staff. Everything you need for breakfast. The room was ok, with a beautiful view of Pratunam. The beds always made nice, but everything else wasn't really clean. In the evening pool and sauna was fun. It was the perfect location for us.

In the bathroom the corners had not been cleaned for a long time. The floor wasn't clean either.

Great staff, friendly and attentive. Housekeeping went above and beyond, even folding my clothes without me asking. Room service was always delivered with a smile. Reception staff were kind and helpful. everyone was kind and friendly.

Unfortunately, the hotel is overcrowded with Indians. I have nothing against Indians but the men are very pushy, as a woman you felt uncomfortable. It's not the hotel's fault.

I had some concerns after reading negative reviews, but my experience at Ramada D MA Bangkok was unexpectedly delightful. The front office staff, particularly a pleasant lady, greeted us with smiles and efficiently checked us in. Although we arrived early, they offered us a room upgrade and we were able to check in ahead of schedule. The deluxe room on the 21st floor had a fantastic city view. The amenities were great, from the comfortable beds to the tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although I wished there were more Thai dishes. The hotel staff were always polite and friendly, and the complimentary shuttle service to the major shopping malls was very useful. Despite the hotel's unimpressive surrounding area, it was conveniently located within walking distance to shopping areas. I even found massage parlors nearby where my mom and I enjoyed relaxing massages. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location was good.the staff had no courtesy to knock and enter at the checkout time.He just inserted the card and entered the room.they couldn't even lend us a disposable spoon.The pool was not clean and was very small.wifi was slow.breakfast was good!

Location is not so posh and hotel is probably getting old. No or poor wifi in the rooms especially on 26th floor. To reach 26th floor, you have to use stairs from 25th floor. We requested for connecting rooms as we had booked seperate room for children but did not get that on arrival. On second day, at our insistence, we were shifted from 26th floor to 21st floor in the connecting rooms.

The all staff is absolutely marvellous, friendly and really efficient. I have been in ramada dma Bangkok last year for 3 weeks and I'm back again this year. More over, I have invited 6 friends of mine to discover bangkok near by this hotel.
